The form is to be filled out if you are interested in purchasing a Gift Certificate for a photoshoot. Form will be reviewed and you will be contacted by me via email before you pay for the gift certificate. Payments are non-refundable.

Things to know:
- *Location requests are subject to travel charges
- Photoshoots dates must be schedule before 12/30/2023. You may not claim this certificate for a photoshoot after 12/30/2023.
- Payments accepted: Cash or Venmo or Zelle
Add-Ons:
The following add-ons may be purchased by yourself or by the receiver of the Gift Certificate.
- 1 hour additional time - $100
- Extra 2-4 people and 1 hour additional time - $200
